FTX advisor and Alameda CEO Caroline Ellison gets two years in prison

US district court judge sentenced Caroline Ellison, former advisor and ex-girlfriend to FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried, to two years in prison for her role in the $8 billion crypto fraud. Ellison’s sentence is related to Bankman-Fried’s 25-year federal prison term from March. Additionally, she will serve three years of supervised release upon completing her prison sentence.
