An Auckland man, Rahul Singhal, is contesting a $150 fine for driving in a bus lane after being redirected by police during a traffic incident that injured three people. Singhal, trying to reach a parking garage, was directed into the bus lane due to the police’s traffic management. He is now seeking to have the fine waived.
