Four Indians stuck in Syria reach Delhi, thank embassy for evacuation efforts – India TV

Amid the political turmoil in Syria, four Indians evacuated from Syria arrived at Delhi Airport, expressing gratitude for the efforts of the Indian embassy in ensuring their safe return. India has successfully evacuated all nationals who wanted to come back home following the collapse of President Bashar Assad’s government after rebel forces took control of Damascus, with a total of 77 Indian nationals evacuated from Syria. The Ministry of External Affairs emphasized the need for a peaceful and inclusive Syrian-led political process to bring stability to the country, monitoring the situation and urging all parties to work towards preserving Syria’s unity and territorial integrity.
