At least four people were killed and 27 injured in a fire at a telecomms centre in Cairo, causing significant disruptions to internet and phone services, as well as flight operations. Local authorities have not yet determined the cause of the fire, which was extinguished on Monday night, while gas and electricity outages were also reported.
