Former Dublin GAA star Diarmuid Connolly has avoided conviction for an ‘unprovoked’ New Year’s Eve attack. The incident, which occurred in 2019, involved a man being punched in the head by Connolly. Despite admitting to the assault, Connolly was given a two-year probation bond.
