Virginia Democrats Approve New Congressional Map for Four Additional Seats

Democratic lawmakers in Virginia are rapidly advancing a new congressional map that could create up to four additional left-leaning U.S. House districts for the upcoming midterm elections, pending approval from Governor Abigail Spanberger.
