William Dennis Milstead, 64, was arrested for falsely impersonating a police officer in Florida by submitting a fake letter claiming to be an undercover FDLE agent to avoid a background check when leasing a property. This is not the first time Milstead has been arrested for impersonating an officer, with prior arrests in 2002 and 2016. Despite his release on bond, the case is under investigation by the FDLE’s Orlando office.
