When a Tribesmen gang leader discovered that a member was stealing from their bank account, he reportedly stated the thief “needed to be killed.” This led to the murder of Mark “Shark” Hohua during a violent “hotbox” attack involving gang leaders Conway Rapana, Heremaia Gage, and others in June 2022, as detailed by Crown Solicitor Richard Jenson in the High Court at Hamilton.

Explain It To Me Like I’m 5: A gang leader got very angry when he found out one of his friends took money, and he told others that the friend needed to be hurt, which led to a terrible event where the friend was beaten badly.
