A group of nearly 100 serving and retired firefighters from New York and Ireland cycled 225 miles over three days to honor those killed in the 9/11 attacks, arriving at a garden of remembrance in Kinsale to bagpipes and applause from Irish veterans. Departing from the U.S. Ambassador’s residence in Dublin, they visited 17 fire stations across Ireland along the way, paying tribute to the fallen heroes of September 11th.
