Fire in San Jose displaces 12 people and two dogs

A fire in San Jose displaced a dozen people and two dogs from a fourplex on Mesa Drive near Pioneer High School. The blaze, which started around 5:10 p.m., left all four units uninhabitable, with one having significant smoke and water damage and the others fire damage. The American Red Cross provided assistance to those affected by the fire.
