Finland officially banned the purchase of property by Russian citizens

The Ministry of Justice of Finland recently approved a law banning the sale of real estate to individuals posing a threat to Finland’s independence, with the Minister of the Supreme Court signing the document, which has been made public. The law aims to safeguard Finland’s national identity and was prepared following official guidelines to prohibit foreign individuals from conducting transactions involving Finnish real estate.
