Fianna Fáil pledge new €250m fund to convert unused land into parks and pitches

The fund will support local authorities in acquiring and developing new lands for recreation, with a focus on areas like Dublin 8 lacking in playing pitches. Additionally, Fine Gael plans to launch a €2 billion rural regeneration fund and ensure high-speed broadband for all homes, businesses, and farms by 2026, as part of their blueprint for rural Ireland.
