One of Malaysia’s largest developers, Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (MRCB), is refurbishing the $41 million heritage-listed Bledisloe House above a new underground City Rail Link station, set to open next year. MRCB, which has $3.2 billion in assets, has yet to pay the Auckland Council for the lease of the building and an adjoining site for its $600 million Symphony Centre project.
