Tropical Storm Fernand forms in the Atlantic

Tropical Storm Fernand has formed southeast of Bermuda, becoming the sixth named storm of the 2025 Atlantic hurricane season, with maximum sustained winds of 40 mph. Forecasts indicate it will strengthen and could become a hurricane by Monday, moving north-northeast over open waters while remaining east of Bermuda.
