Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney is facing allegations of plagiarism in his 1995 doctoral thesis at Oxford University as he seeks re-election. The National Post found at least 10 instances of apparent plagiarism, including copying full quotes and paraphrased ideas without proper credit. Carney’s campaign denies the accusations, but experts say the thesis contains multiple instances of plagiarism.
