Fantasy Football Week 9 Rankings: Kickers

In Week 8 of fantasy football, kickers did not have as high scoring games as earlier in the season, but San Francisco 49ers kicker Anders Carlson and Philadelphia Eagles kicker Jake Elliott stood out with 16 and 15 points respectively.
