Family’s pit bull terrorizing Southern California neighborhood

A Pomona neighborhood is tense after a resident’s pit bull, known for previous issues, attacked a man walking his dogs with his wife. Bryan Garcia and Shanecia Hernandez were walking their dogs when the pit bull charged at them, specifically targeting Hernandez. The incident was captured on home surveillance video in a neighborhood near Palomares Street and Roosevelt Avenue.
