SINGAPORE: The Family Justice Courts will implement a problem-solving, interest-based approach for cases involving children and youth, aiming for healing and rehabilitation, as announced by Chief Justice Sundaresh Menon during the opening of the new Family Justice Courts building on July 23, 2025. This therapeutic justice approach will extend to youth offenders and cases involving care and protection, focusing on addressing underlying issues to foster positive futures for young individuals.
