Fake taxi driver assaults woman after entering her home

Shabir Sultani, 27, has been sentenced to 13 years in prison for raping a woman in Chesterfield after posing as a taxi driver. He forced his way into her home after she mistakenly entered his car, believing it was a cab. Following the attack, Sultani was arrested through CCTV and ANPR technology. His sentence includes a seven-year extension for dangerousness, a Sexual Prevention Order, and registration on the Sex Offenders’ Register.
