Explosion in Urals city plant kills four

Explosions at an industrial plant in Kopeisk, near Chelyabinsk, Russia, have resulted in at least four fatalities and five serious injuries, according to regional governor Aleksei Teksler. Emergency crews are on-site managing a fire caused by the blasts, and there is no indication that the explosions are related to drone activity.
