The US has charged former Indian intelligence officer Vikash Yadav for a failed plot to kill Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun in New York City, with charges of murder-for-hire and money laundering. Yadav, accused of coordinating the assassination attempt, allegedly recruited Nikhil Gupta to carry out the hit, leading to Gupta’s arrest and extradition to the US.
