Ex-GOP Staffer Attempts Indictment of Democrats Over Video

The Justice Department officials Carlton Davis and Steven Vandervelden attempted to indict six Democratic lawmakers for their speech in a social media video but failed to convince a grand jury of probable cause. This unorthodox move, lacking input from career prosecutors, targeted Reps. Jason Crow, Maggie Goodlander, Chris Deluzio, Chrissy Houlahan, and Senators Mark Kelly and Elissa Slotkin.
