The NAEWDV Central Committee held its annual meeting in Asmara, focusing on enhancing members’ economic capacity through vocational training programs and various initiatives like agriculture and small-scale trade. Mr. Mohammed-Nur Idris emphasized the importance of Government and stakeholders’ support to enable members to become self-reliant. The new chairman, Mr. Fesehaye Tesfamicael, was elected, and priorities for 2025 include strengthening stakeholder contributions, recruiting new members, and enhancing the association’s economic and organizational capacity.
