Electric wallpaper trialled as alternative to central heating

Electric wallpaper is being trialled in 12 tenement properties in Glasgow as an alternative to central heating, with positive feedback from tenants. Scottish homes, known for poor insulation, are seeking cleaner heat sources as heating accounts for a significant portion of carbon emissions. The project, funded by Scotland Beyond Net Zero, aims to make electric wallpaper a sustainable replacement for gas heating in social housing properties.
