Eastern Pacific adds to boxship newbuild series

Singapore-based Eastern Pacific Shipping (EPS) has ordered up to 11 new containerships at China’s New Times Shipbuilding, including four 18,000 teu vessels, as part of their extensive newbuilding programme. The Idan Ofer-controlled shipowner’s latest order follows their previous booking of eight firm vessels earlier this year, showcasing their commitment to expanding their fleet. EPS continues to solidify its position in the industry with these strategic investments.
