Dublin gym gets order dismissing claim against it over child’s alleged elbow injury 15 years ago – The Irish Times

A damages claim against a Dublin gym and health club over an elbow injury allegedly suffered by a child 15 years ago was dismissed by the High Court due to inordinate delay, making a fair trial impossible. Deirdre Donohoe had initiated proceedings on behalf of her daughter Emma Graydon, who was said to have sustained the injury in a fall at Westwood Club Limited in 2009.
