Auckland Council and the Government have confirmed funding for the installation of bus driver safety screens to enhance the safety and security of bus drivers in Auckland. Mayor Wayne Brown, along with Ritchies Transport chief executive Michele Kernahan and Auckland Transport chief executive Dean Kimpton, unveiled the first batch of screens being installed on the city’s bus fleet.
