Driver in wrong-way crash that killed mother and son booked on murder charges

A 39-year-old Florida man, Duncan McQuarrie, has been arrested in connection with a wrong-way crash in San Jose that resulted in the death of a mother and son. McQuarrie faces charges including murder, gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated, and reckless driving. Following his release from a medical facility, he was booked into Santa Clara County jail.
