Several individuals, including journalist Don Lemon, are set to be arraigned in connection with a protest at Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota, where Pastor David Easterwood also served as an ICE official. Lemon faces charges of conspiracy against religious freedom and obstruction during worship, to which he has pleaded not guilty.
