A 22-year-old man from Oregon, Ethan Foltz, has been charged by the U.S. Department of Justice for allegedly creating and managing a DDoS-for-hire botnet known as RapperBot. This botnet has been reportedly involved in executing large-scale distributed denial-of-service attacks.
