A doctor charged in Matthew Perry’s overdose case has pleaded guilty to unlawfully prescribing drugs. The doctor, Dr. Richard Mellings, admitted to prescribing opioids to Perry without a legitimate medical purpose. Perry, known for his role in “Friends,” survived the overdose in 2022.
