An anonymous letter sent to Education Minister Erica Stanford in June revealed that Brett Hoskin, managing director of Clemenger BBDO, is married to CEO Lesley Hoskin. She has since taken a leave of absence amid ongoing inquiries by the Public Service Commission into procurement practices. The investigation was initiated following the whistleblower’s protected disclosure.
