Double murderer Nathan Frost sentenced for objectionable material found at time of Taranaki killings

A young man, Nathan Gordon Frost, was convicted of possessing objectionable material related to torture and extreme violence, including videos of the Christchurch mosque shooting, four years after he murdered his father, Stephen John Frost, and brother, Regan Frost-Lawn, during a frenzied stabbing on January 18, 2021, at their Hāwera home. At the time of the killings, Frost was 21 years old and had been seeking his sister, Grace Frost-Lawn, whom Regan warned of the imminent threat by yelling, “he’s got a knife.” This case highlights the disturbing circumstances surrounding the violent acts committed by Frost.
