Disney Plus is set to become the new home for CoComelon outside of YouTube starting in 2027, as reported by Bloomberg, with all eight seasons transitioning from Netflix, where the show has been since 2020. CoComelon, a series of animated vignettes featuring nursery rhymes, was the second most-streamed show on Netflix in 2023, despite a nearly 60% drop in views over the past couple of years. Disney will reportedly pay tens of millions annually for the rights, coinciding with the release of the first CoComelon movie in theaters in 2027.
