Deputies find man dead near waterfall near Mount Baldy; suspect detained after crashing 

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department responded to a man found dead near a waterfall near Mount Baldy, suffering trauma to his upper torso. Another man was detained after being involved in a single vehicle crash a few miles away. LASD did not clarify if the detained man was still in custody, and authorities are urging anyone with information to contact the LASD’s Homicide Bureau.
