Heavy rains in San Antonio have resulted in 13 fatalities, with all missing persons accounted for, following over 7 inches of rainfall on Thursday that caused severe flooding. Firefighters rescued more than 70 individuals, while 11 victims were discovered near Perrin Beitel Creek, where many cars were swept away by the rising waters.
