A big rig carrying 45,000 litres of monochloroacetic acid crashed into a ditch on Hwy. 402, closing the westbound lanes between Centre Road and Kerwood Road on Wednesday afternoon; police reported no serious injuries. Meanwhile, a Woodstock man, Cory Robert Fowler, facing multiple charges including human trafficking involving a minor, has turned himself in to London police after an investigation that began in April.
