Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy shared his review of Skyline Chili on Twitter/X during his Cincinnati visit on November 21. He is in town for the “Big Noon Kickoff” show before the UC Bearcats’ game against BYU at Nippert Stadium, where he will join a pregame panel at 10 a.m. Eastern.
