Health Ministry Issues New Health Guidelines

At least 16 people were killed and 35 others injured in Israeli airstrikes targeting the Bekaa Valley in eastern Lebanon, according to the Health Ministry. The strikes specifically hit the town of Nabi Chit in Baalbek. Clashes also occurred along the Lebanese-Syrian border as attempts were made to repel Israeli incursions.
