Motorists are experiencing significant delays on the A282 near the Dartford Tunnels due to a lorry crash involving a vehicle that was too tall, which damaged essential tunnel equipment. The left tunnel is closed as engineers work on repairs, causing congestion that extends approximately two miles back onto the M25 in Kent and resulting in 30-minute delays. While the right tunnel remains open, traffic is expected to be slow on the approach to the Dartford Crossing.
