Police in Staffordshire discovered £1.5 million worth of ‘monkey dust,’ a Class B synthetic drug, in an abandoned van on Weston Coyney Road. The raid revealed 25kg of the substance, known for inducing euphoria but also causing hallucinations and paranoia. Authorities have labeled the drug’s use an ‘epidemic’ in the area, linking it to violence and serious incidents. Superintendent Phil Bryan emphasized the commitment to combating its supply while supporting vulnerable users.
