The Cowboys hope Cook can help improve their struggling rushing game, as they currently rank last in the league in rushing yards per game and rushing touchdowns. Cook, a former standout with the Minnesota Vikings, spent last season with the New York Jets and later joined the Baltimore Ravens for the playoffs before signing with the Cowboys.
