D.C. United sign D Derek Dodson to one-year deal

D.C. United signed Derek Dodson to a one-year deal with a 2026 option after selecting him in the 2024 MLS Re-Entry Draft. The versatile former Georgetown standout, who previously played for Minnesota United, will join the team for the 2025 season without having made his MLS debut, splitting time between MLS NEXT Pro and the USL Championship in 2024.
