Cyclone Remal Tears Through India and Bangladesh, Killing at Least 23

Cyclone Remal killed 23 people and caused power outages in Bangladesh and eastern India.

The storm, with winds over 70 mph, uprooted trees and damaged power lines.

In Bangladesh, 13 people died, and 35,000 homes were damaged or destroyed.
