Aston Villa closing in on Rashford loan deal

Aston Villa is close to securing a loan deal for Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford before the transfer deadline, with talks at an advanced stage. The 27-year-old is attracted to working with Villa boss Unai Emery. Rashford has not played for United since being dropped by coach Ruben Amorim, who stated he believes the team would benefit from having Rashford back in the squad.
