An Auckland man, Chetan Sonavane, and his family of ten are stranded in Queenstown after their Jetstar flight home was cancelled due to severe weather, leaving them to borrow money for accommodation. Despite seeking assistance from Jetstar staff at the airport, they received little help and were informed that the next available flight is not until the 26th.
