Abdu-Rabbu Ahmed, a laboratory technician from el-Fasher, lost colleagues and family in a paramilitary assault on the Saudi Hospital, where over 460 patients were reportedly killed. After the RSF’s takeover, he fled to a displaced persons camp in Tawila, expressing despair over the fate of those left behind. The WHO condemned the massacre, while the RSF denied the allegations, calling them disinformation.
