A British nursing student, Elizabeth Tamilore Odunsi, was found stabbed to death in her Houston apartment days before her graduation.
At 23 years old, she was discovered by police on April 26, having sustained multiple stab wounds, while a man in the apartment was critically injured. An online fundraiser has raised over £44,000 to repatriate her remains to the UK, with her sister describing her as a “beautiful soul” dedicated to nursing, highlighting the tragedy of her murder just before a promising future.
