Hailey Bieber's make-up brand sold to e.l.f.

Hailey Bieber is selling her makeup brand Rhode to e.l.f. Beauty in a deal valued at up to $1 billion (£740 million). Co-founded in 2022, Rhode has rapidly expanded, generating over $200 million in net sales in the past year, with plans to launch in Sephora stores in the US and UK. e.l.f. Beauty described Rhode as “a beautiful brand” poised for significant growth following the acquisition.
