A new study presented at the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons Congress found that specially formulated eye drops significantly improved near vision in patients with presbyopia, with participants able to read two to three more lines on an eye chart after treatment. The drops, containing pilocarpine and diclofenac, provided sustained benefits for up to two years, offering a promising non-invasive alternative to reading glasses.
